• Translates benefits cost, utilization, engagement and experience data into actionable recommendations for plan design and strategy.
• Develops executive dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reporting for Global Benefits toward predictive analytics and decision support.
• Oversees analytics addressing healthcare cost and utilization trends, population health and financial wellbeing priorities.
• Establishes methodologies to evaluate program effectiveness, value, and vendor performance.
• Translates analytical findings into compelling executive narratives and recommended actions.
• Establishes an insight-driven engagement approach using data to identify needs and measure engagement effectiveness.

• Leads the Global Benefits data analytics and measurement function, establishing an enterprise benefits data and analytics strategy aligned with business priorities and health, retirement, and financial wellbeing objectives.
• Partners with benefit program leaders to identify key questions and translate data into actionable recommendations supporting plan design and strategy.
• Leads development and evolution of executive dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reporting across Global Benefits.
• Oversees customized analytics addressing healthcare cost and utilization trends, emerging cost drivers, population health, financial wellbeing and employee value.
• Establishes rigorous methodologies to evaluate program effectiveness, return on value and vendor performance, including validation of performance guarantees.
• Ensures analytical findings are translated into executive narratives with insights, implications and recommended actions.
• Establishes insight-driven engagement using utilization and experience data to segment audiences and measure engagement strategies.
• Partners with Corporate Communications and HR Communications to ensure benefits messaging aligns with enterprise standards.
• Supports employee networks to extend benefits education and engagement.
• Evaluates emerging analytics, AI and digital capabilities to improve insights and personalization.
• Provides strategic oversight of vendor contracts, renewals and statements of work with stakeholders.
• Oversees vendor invoicing and self-insured plan funding with Finance and Treasury.
• Oversee benefits data governance, data quality, metric definitions and methodologies with Privacy and Legal teams.
• Oversee benefits analytics vendors and data environments with internal technology teams to ensure reliable data reporting.
