Responsibilities

• Own Open Enrollment, life events, leave administration, and benefits audits.
• Maintain accurate SOPs and documentation for core benefits processes.
• Improve leave administration workflows and return-to-work coordination.
• Establish audit controls to detect discrepancies before payroll/finances are affected.
• Enhance employee experience through accurate Benefits Hub administration and clear benefit communications.
• Build partnerships across HR, Payroll, Finance, HRIS, brokers and vendors.
• Drive continuous improvement with automation and AI-enabled solutions.
