Paragon Legal Group LLC is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Attorney to support its in-house legal team on ERISA, retirement and health and welfare programs, fiduciary governance, and equity compensation matters.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of benefits and compensation experience, strong knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, and cross-border equity rules. California Bar membership is required. The role can be fully remote, with onsite availability in LA as a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of employee benefits and executive compensation experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, qualified retirement plans, HIPAA, fiduciary obligations, and equity compensation regulations.
• Experience with cross-border equity compensation compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise on ERISA and non-ERISA benefit plans and compensation programs.
• Oversee fiduciary governance and pension investment matters.
• Support executive compensation initiatives, including global long-term incentive programs.
• Collaborate with HR, legal, and business stakeholders across the organization.
