Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global benefits strategy aligned with organizational goals and Total Rewards philosophy.
• Harmonize regional benefits programs to stay competitive through benchmarking and market analysis.
• Partner with senior leadership to evolve benefits offerings to support talent attraction and retention.
• Define and lead the global benefits AI and digital enablement strategy, aligned with HR technology and data strategies.
• Collaborate with HR, HRIS, IT, and external vendors to drive automation, system integration, and process modernization globally.
• Support administration of global health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs; manage vendor relationships and negotiations.
• Lead global renewal process, including cost analysis and plan optimization; oversee mergers or market expansions.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, GDPR, and country-specific requirements; governance for global benefits practices.
• Develop budgets and forecasts; provide data-driven insights to leadership; drive cost containment while maintaining offerings.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global benefits team; collaborate with cross-functional partners.
