• 10+ years in benefits with leadership experience in a large global org.
• Experience designing and governing global health, welfare, and retirement programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and administration of global health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, and leave programs.
• Monitor market trends and ensure ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA compliance; advise Retirement Plan Committee.
• Partner with broker for vendor relationships, negotiations, and benchmarking.
• Oversee benefits budgeting, cost projections, and spend/trend monitoring.
• Drive benefits communications to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
