Qualifications
- Ph.D. required in a life-science discipline.
- Minimum 15 years in beauty/personal care or active ingredients.
- At least 5 years managing in vitro and/or in vivo efficacy studies.
- Proven track record leading global or multi-regional teams.
- Experience bringing concepts to commercialization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global innovation and applications strategy for Beauty & Home.
- Lead a global team of innovation professionals and collaborate with commercial, marketing, regulatory, and product management leaders.
- Serve as North American subject-matter expert for active ingredients and engage with customers.
- Champion breakthrough technologies and accelerate external collaborations with universities and partners.
