Job summary

How You'll Make An Impact

As a Quality Leader, you'll play a critical role in driving quality excellence across the Lewisville site by leading all Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), and Quality Management System (QMS) activities. You will serve as the site's quality champion, ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and business requirements while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and quality ownership. In this role, you will:

• Lead all Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management System activities for the Lewisville site.
• Ensure all Standard Work Process (SWP) quality activities are aligned with business objectives, priorities, and deliverables.
• Provide leadership and direction to QC and QA personnel while building organizational capability through coaching, mentoring, and development.
• Manage departmental operating expenses while driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Ensure quality-related activities are executed effectively, compliantly, and in a timely manner.
• Champion Nonconforming Product, Product Disposition, Management of Change (MOC), and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes.
• Lead investigations, root cause analyses, risk assessments, and implementation of sustainable corrective actions.
• Collaborate with corporate, commercial, supply chain, customer experience, manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the site's Quality Management System to meet customer, regulatory, certification, and business requirements.
• Manage internal and external audit programs, ensuring corrective actions are implemented, verified, and sustained.
• Serve as the primary quality representative during customer audits, certification audits, regulatory inspections, and corporate assessments.
• Manage external certifications, registrations, and interactions with regulatory and certification bodies.
• Lead quality and continuous improvement programs utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, risk management, and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Establish, monitor, and improve key quality metrics and performance indicators.
• Analyze quality trends and drive actions to improve product quality, customer satisfaction, complaint reduction, and process performance.
• Lead Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) design, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Support laboratory operations, SAP quality processes, data integrity, and quality system compliance.
• Ensure all systems, procedures, and controls support customer requirements, certification standards, regulatory compliance, and business objectives.
• Act as the site's Voice of the Customer champion by promoting customer-focused quality initiatives.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications That Enable Your Success

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a related field.
• 5+ years of Quality Management System (QMS) leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing teams and cross-functional organizations.
• Experience working within a cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• ISO 9001 training and practical application experience.
• Experience leading internal and external audit programs.
• Experience collaborating with R&D, manufacturing, commercial teams, and customers on quality-related matters.

Preferred Qualifications That Drive You Forward

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• Experience within the cosmetics, personal care, or specialty chemical manufacturing industry.
