Qualifications

• Three years of business development experience in a professional services firm.
• Excellent analytical and research skills; able to synthesize diverse sources clearly.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work across functions, levels, and geographies.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Genuine interest in developing substantive knowledge of the practices and markets.

Responsibilities

• Support global and local cross‑selling and client targeting efforts.
• Prepare pitches, RFPs, directory/award submissions; tailor materials to opportunities.
• Keep attorney bios updated for pitches.
• Coordinate events, seminars, webinars, and sponsorships.
• Conduct market and competitor research to drive strategic decisions.
