The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience and a strong background in strategy consulting and operations. This position is critical for influencing decisions on aircraft systems and AI technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience, with at least 5 in BD/Capture Operations.
• Strong interest in complex, technical, or regulated industries.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop procedures to expand the domestic and international pipeline.
• Support the effort to align multiple streams of capture.
• Track and report on progress through structured operating cadences.

Skills

Analytical and conceptual problem-solving abilities

Experience with Salesforce

Ability to influence senior stakeholders
