Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Principal Global Sourcing Manager, Battery to own batteries commodities across products. You will build supplier partnerships, craft strategies, and establish commercial agreements prior to pipelining, ensuring IP and SOW alignment with programs.

You will lead end-to-end sourcing, influence engineering specs with CM partners, and drive data-driven decisions across the supply chain to meet NPI and MP milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field required.
• 12+ years of experience in supply chain commodity management of batteries manufacturing, and/or sourcing engineering.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Ability to relocate onsite to Costa Mesa, CA if not local.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commodity strategies for batteries focusing on cost reduction, quality improvement, and resilience.
• End-to-end responsibility for delivering quality parts at the right cost.
• Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP and strategic sourcing for batteries, incl. CM relationships.
