Qualifications

• Build relationships with international and domestic high net-worth customers.
• Process account transactions and service requests per policy.
• Meet monthly sales goals with the international officer.
• Maintain customer records and follow KYC procedures.

Responsibilities

• Listen, connect with clients, and refer products via bank system.
• Provide personalized banking services in fast-paced environment.
• Assist with loans secured by CDs and aid in collections.
• Update CRM notes and complete due-diligence tasks.
