Job summary

Seacoast Bank in Florida seeks a Relationship Manager for Global Banking to serve a select group of high-net-worth clients. You will grow deposits, treasury revenue, and cross-sell wealth management, lending, and trust solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will manage onboarding, KYC/CIP, and risk assessment, build integrated solutions across banking products, and develop new referrals through strong client relationships and enhanced service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in international business or related field
• 5+ years in relationship banking high-net-worth individuals and/or business market
• 5+ years experience with bank products/services for international banking clients
• Measurable track record selling to ultra-high net worth clients
• Bilingual: English/Spanish required; Portuguese preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide Seacoast Global Clients with integrated solutions using a wide range of products and services (investments, trust, banking, wealth transfer and lending)
• Engage in aggressive business development to deliver significant results
• Educate clients on compliance requirements and regulatory standards
• Cultivate strong relationships and provide personalized financial advice while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Open and process accounts, perform account maintenance per policies including AML/BSA requirements
