Job summary

Seacoast Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager for Global Banking to serve a select group of international clients in a fast-paced environment. You will develop deep client relationships, understand needs, and offer integrated solutions across deposits, treasury, lending, and wealth services while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in relationship banking with high-net-worth clients, fluency in English and Spanish, and strong business development skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in international business or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in relationship banking high-net-worth individuals and/or business market required.
• 5+ years of experience with bank products and services for international banking clients (e.g., deposits, cash management, international, etc.) required.
• Measurable track record of successfully selling to ultra-high net worth and/or high net worth clients with international exposure.
• Proven track record in managing a large book of business and meeting sales targets.
• Bilingual: English/Spanish required; Portuguese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Seacoast Global Clients and provide integrated solutions across products and services.
• Prospect for new clients and develop external and internal referrals to drive results.
• Educate clients on compliance requirements and regulatory standards.
• Onboard clients and perform KYC/CIP checks; assess and monitor risk.
• Open and maintain accounts while adhering to AML/BSA and bank policies.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal controls; support audits and risk reviews.
