Qualifications

• 2–5 years banking experience with international clients.
• Bilingual English/Spanish; Portuguese preferred.
• Strong knowledge of international client documentation and KYC.
• Ability to open accounts for complex structures and foreign entities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support a team of bankers to develop, manage and retain relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Build rapport and identify financial goals to match products and services.
• Open and maintain accounts; ensure AML/BSA compliance and due diligence.
• Provide cross-sell opportunities; deliver product presentations and referrals.
• Collaborate across branches and with partners to mitigate risk and ensure service quality.
