Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. invites applications for its Innovation Development Program (IDP) in Global Banking. The program blends project-based learning with two 12-month rotations, offering exposure to Digital, Solutions, Transformation, Product, Marketing, and Business Architecture teams.

You will start with approximately five months of incubator-based learning, building foundational product management skills before joining rotations across high-impact teams. Chicago, IL is a location option.

Responsibilities

• Develop foundational skills and take on a range of mission-critical responsibilities.
• Combine strategic thinking and quantitative analysis to answer business questions.
• Present and communicate findings to key stakeholders.
• Build a deep knowledge of our business and products.
• Leverage an innovation mindset to design client experiences and solutions.
• Upon successful completion of the program, analysts will be eligible for Associate I level positions in Global Banking across the country.
