Job summary

JPMorgan Chase invites applications for the Innovation Development Program (IDP) within Global Banking. This 2.5-year analyst program begins with ~5 months of project-based learning, then two 12-month rotations across Commercial Bank functions.

You’ll work on solving complex business problems in an incubator setting and develop foundational product management skills. Upon completion, analysts are eligible for Associate I level positions nationwide.

Qualifications

• Graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• Authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop foundational skills and take on mission-critical responsibilities.
• Combine strategic thinking and quantitative analysis to answer business questions.
• Present and communicate findings to key stakeholders.
• Build deep knowledge of JP Morgan's Global Banking products.
