Job summary

Engine by Starling is expanding its North America presence, seeking entrepreneurial and adaptable professionals to build client relationships and drive growth. Based in the New York metro area or Charlotte, NC, you’ll shape engagements with banks and financial institutions, collaborating with product, engineering and consulting partners to deliver tailored propositions.

Responsibilities

• Support early stage conversations, run client workshops and demos to identify opportunities.
• Build and manage relationships with implementation partners and cross-functional teams.
• Lead commercial and contractual discussions and own select strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with product and engineering during Discovery and Delivery phases.
• Help clients understand how Engine can address their issues through structured analysis and presentations.
