Job summary

Engine by Starling is seeking entrepreneurial and adaptable professionals to drive North American growth from our NY and Charlotte hubs. You’ll build client relationships, lead workshops, and work with product, engineering and partners to shape long-term opportunities and outcomes.

You will engage with banks and fintechs, understand their needs, and help clients launch new propositions using Engine’s cloud-native core banking platform. A collaborative, globally minded team environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyse client issues and needs in financial services
• Technical curiosity and problem-solving mindset
• Strong communication with senior bank executives and consulting partners

Responsibilities

• Engage with a wide range of potential clients, understand their needs and how Engine can help
• Lead client workshops and demos, qualify opportunities and manage pipeline
• Develop and maintain relationships with implementation partners and consultants
• Own strategic opportunities, advocate for clients, understand their vision and requirements
• Oversee commercial conversations and contract negotiations
• Collaborate with product and engineering during discovery and delivery phases
• Provide client relationship and commercial support throughout projects
