Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney with JD and bar admission.
• Experience with fixed income derivatives and regulatory rules.
• Experience in US CFTC/SEC rules and banking regulatory matters.

Responsibilities

• Drafts and negotiates ISDA Master Agreements and related documentation.
• Advises on regulatory requirements for swap dealers, futures, and clearing activities.
• Coordinates with internal teams and outside counsel on complex matters.
• Provides clear, business-informed legal guidance to leadership.
• Directs the work of outside counsel and mentors peers.
