Relativity Space in California seeks a senior leader to own avionics manufacturing strategy and organization for the Terran R program. You will lead manufacturing leadership, translate factory-floor realities into forward-looking narratives, and partner with executive teams to align capacity, risk, and resourcing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressive leadership roles leading manufacturing,
• Experience owning complex electro-mechanical manufacturing and test operations at organizational level (PCBAs, wire harnesses, avionics units).
• Demonstrated ability to set multi-year direction and influence executives.
• Experience scaling manufacturing through volume ramp.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year strategy for avionics manufacturing and capacity planning.
• Build and lead a multi-layered organization of manufacturing leaders.
• Represent avionics manufacturing in program reviews with risk and resource recommendations.
• Own end-to-end manufacturing and test roadmap for avionics hardware.
• Drive transition from development to high-rate production and improve reliability.
