ICAT Logistics is seeking an Aviation Director to lead strategy, execution, and performance of all air transportation activities across global freight forwarding and 3PL operations. You will ensure reliable, compliant, and profitable air cargo capacity with carriers, charter operators, and aviation partners.

You will supervise the team, drive KPIs, manage supplier relationships, and deliver client-focused solutions.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
8+ years in aviation, air cargo, freight forwarding, or logistics.
5+ years leading others.
Deep understanding of global air cargo operations and charter markets.
Strong knowledge of aviation regulatory frameworks.
Proven track record in airline and charter relationships.

Mansioni

Develop and execute ICAT’s air transportation strategy across freight forwarding and time-critical logistics.
Align aviation capacity planning with customer SLAs and demand.
Negotiate airfreight contracts, BSAs, charters, and ad hoc lift solutions.
Monitor carrier performance and ensure on-time, compliant service.
Oversee charter planning, routing, and ground handling coordination.
Lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
