Job summary

MedAire in Phoenix seeks an Aviation Intelligence professional with at least two years of aviation experience to deliver real-time security assessments for global aviation and maritime clients. You’ll monitor threats, conduct in-depth research, and support crisis management with on-site missions when needed.

You bring a passion for global security, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 setting. Authorization to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Postgraduate study is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver real-time written and verbal security assessments to global aviation and maritime clients.
• Monitor and elevate emerging geopolitical, cyber, and operational threats.
• Conduct in-depth research to provide accurate, actionable intelligence.
• Support crisis management, including coordination, communication, and—when needed—on-site missions.
• Develop training and strategic consulting to strengthen client security postures.
• Collaborate with an international network of security experts and analysts.
