Job summary

CAE, a leader in simulation and training, seeks a Regional Regulatory Compliance Lead - Americas in Orlando, FL. You will support FAA Part 142 compliance and coordinate with global managers to safeguard regulatory approvals and training records systems.

Responsibilities include guidance to Flight Ops, Sales, Courseware, and staff; audits and inspections support; and leadership on regulatory matters across CAE's global training network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Aviation regulatory knowledge with FAA/NAAs experience preferred.
• Experience as instructor in Part 142 or ATO environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Serve as regulatory compliance contact for FAA and NAAs.
• Provide regulatory guidance to multiple departments.
• Ensure training records systems stay compliant.
• Lead investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Support FAA and other audits, evaluations, and inspections.
• Advise center leadership on regulatory matters.
• Coordinate with global compliance leads for consistency.
• Maintain objective regulatory perspective for org requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Global Regulatory Compliance Managers.
