Qualifications

• 3+ years operating at-sea robotic systems or similar customer support.
• Strong problem solving in hardware-software-network interfaces.
• Comfortable with Linux, CLI, and debugging.
• Willing to travel and deploy 30–45+ days OCONUS.

Responsibilities

• Deploy globally to support customer-fielded AUV operations.
• Troubleshoot, operate, repair, and maintain AUVs in the field.
• Educate customers and liaise with engineering for issue resolution.
• Support training and contribute to user docs.
• Coordinate with customers, engineering, and operations.
