Job summary

Applied Intuition, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive execution of global autonomous trucking programs. You will own milestones, lead launches at new sites and routes, and coordinate across engineering, operations, and customer teams to keep a single plan on track.

You will work daily with engineers and customer teams, translating L4 autonomy goals into schedules, dependencies, and decisions under pressure. Travel internationally to customer sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience on advanced software, robotics, or autonomous vehicle programs (ADAS or L4 autonomy).
• Demonstrated ownership of a program launch or operational bring-up.
• Track record running programs across distributed teams, sites, and time zones.
• Ability to dive into technical detail and challenge a schedule.
• Strong written and verbal communication with engineers and executives.
• Willingness to travel internationally to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Own program milestones end to end for strategic trucking engagements with global truck OEMs.
• Lead new operational launches including bringing up operations at new sites and routes.
• Surface and resolve risk early and drive blockers to resolution.
• Be the source of truth on program status for teams and executives.
• Work directly with OEM customers to pin down use cases and requirements.
• Implement operating practices that scale for future sites.
• Support business development with technical proposals and demonstrations.
