Job summary

Applied Intuition, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive execution of global autonomous trucking programs. You will own milestones, lead launches at new sites, and coordinate across engineering, operations, and customer teams to maintain a single plan.

You will work daily with engineers and OEM stakeholders, translating deployment goals into schedules and decisions that hold under pressure, including travel to international sites and regions as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management on advanced software, robotics, or autonomous vehicle programs (ADAS or L4 autonomy).
• Demonstrated ownership of a program launch or operational bring-up - a new site, facility, fleet, route, or region - from plan through steady state.
• Track record running programs across distributed teams, sites, and time zones.
• Ability to get deep into technical detail: systems-level understanding of hardware, software, and field operations to challenge a schedule you are handed.
• Communication skills that work with engineers and OEM executives in reviews.
• Willingness to travel internationally to customer and operational sites.

Responsibilities

• Own program milestones end to end for strategic trucking engagements with global OEMs, building the integrated schedule and holding dates.
• Lead new operational launches, including bringing up autonomous trucking operations at new sites and routes.
• Surface and resolve risk early, drive blockers to resolution, make trade-offs visible for decision makers.
• Be the source of truth on program status for teams and executives.
• Work with OEM customers to pin down use cases, clarify requirements, and unblock challenges across hardware, software, safety, and operations.
• Implement operating practices that scale for future launches.
• Support business development with proposals and RFQ demonstrations.
