Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
• Five (5) years of experience across topics such as strategy, marketing, business operations, and business development in private, public, government or military environment.
• Five (5) years of automotive industry experience and interest, particularly within the automotive tier supply chain.
• MBA from an accredited institution (advantage).
• Complex research and quantitative analyses to identify business trends and opportunities.
• Leads and optimizes end-to-end business processes with governance and metrics.
• Experience using Salesforce and other enterprise data sources for insights and forecasting.
• Partners across cross-functional teams to drive alignment and initiatives.
• Prepares executive communications and presentations for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leverage automotive knowledge to develop the strategic plan.
• Conduct market and competitive intelligence to identify growth spaces.
• Prepare materials for quarterly updates and board presentations.
• Define growth vectors and set success metrics and milestones.
• Bridge strategy to executable plans and align with vertical teams.
• Identify strategic accounts to drive growth with alliances.
• Collaborate on external engagement and go-to-market planning.
• Oversee major business transformation projects.
• Lead governance and performance metrics initiatives.
