Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years purchasing experience.
• Must be able to work independently and possesses strong interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skill.
• Excellent communication and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify orders for correctness
• Prepare commercial invoices and export documents (freight forwarder document)
• Interact with vendors and suppliers
• Receptionist duties: Answer main telephone number and front door for visitors
• Prepare various reports
• Maintain the vehicle fleet database
• Distribute fleet insurance certificates and prepare related reports
• Schedule apartment and car rentals
• Assist with physical inventory control
• Facility management
• Data Entry
