Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Supply Chain Physical Automation Platform Lead to define, govern, and deploy scalable automation solutions across the global distribution network. The role partners with operations, IT, and suppliers, leading major implementations from concept through stabilization while balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in physical automation or material handling systems.
• Experience governing automation standards and platforms.
• Experience integrating automation with WMS, WCS, ERP, or SAP EWM.
• Strong project and program leadership experience.
• Ability to travel 20% and be onsite in Mason, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise automation standards, requirements, and design principles.
• Establish and govern a multi-year automation solution menu and roadmap.
• Evaluate automation technologies based on performance, cost, maintainability, and integration fit.
• Lead pilots and proof-of-concept initiatives prior to network-wide deployment.
• Provide technical leadership across mechanical, electrical, and controls system designs.
• Lead end-to-end automation projects, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and vendors.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, IT, Engineering, Procurement, and Finance.
