You will work independently with customers and vendors at all levels, mentor teammates, manage qualification milestones, and coordinate with external suppliers.

Travel up to 40% annually may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the procurement and design oversight of automation systems ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency.
• Provide technical writing including validation protocols, specifications, and documentation such as IQ, OQ, PQ, and URS for automation projects.
• Work independently and confidently with customers and vendors at floor level to Executive levels.
• Mentor, train and coach Automation Engineers and team members.
• Coordinate automation activities with external suppliers and manage construction timelines to meet qualification milestones.
