Job summary

Zurich is seeking a Senior Audit Manager to partner with Group Audit leaders and shape the audit plan across a global portfolio. This role is based at our North American headquarters in Schaumburg, Illinois and offers a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two remote days.

You will lead risk assessments, oversee diverse audits including commercial property and casualty topics, develop talent, and drive continuous improvement across Group Audit while engaging with senior stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience in the Audit area.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 12+ years of experience in the Audit area.
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an associate's degree and 10+ years of experience in the Audit area.

Responsibilities

• Work with Functional and Regional Audit Executives to perform risk assessments and shape the audit plan.
• Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of risk-based audits focusing on commercial property and casualty insurance topics.
• Provide subject matter expertise across audit processes including scoping, reports and stakeholder meetings.
• Oversee tracking and closure of agreed actions.
• Develop the wider team through upskilling and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Identify trends and report to Group and local executives and Audit Committees.
