Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business, or a related field preferred, or other Bachelor’s degree and commensurate work experience.
• Certifications in production scheduling or supply chain management (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma) a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities including coachability.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, delegate, and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day throughput and performance of Service Delivery – Audits team responsible for scheduling the Audit‑related services by the Auditor/Associate team.
• Provide tracking and reporting on KPIs including scheduling throughput, preparation throughput, and on‑time scheduling rates.
• Flag emerging client behavior patterns and raise process improvement needs with context for scoping and resource decisions.
• Coordinate with Client Success Managers and cross‑functional teams to deliver on expedited timelines and manage deviations from standards.
• Train, develop, and supervise the team of Service Delivery Coordinators and conduct regular performance reviews.
