Job summary

MANN+HUMMEL is seeking a Staff Auditor to support governance, risk management and compliance. You will lead cross-divisional audits, enhance control environments, and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.

The role collaborates with global teams to improve business performance. Based at our Main Office in Gastonia, NC, this position requires up to 40% travel domestically and internationally and does not offer visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in either Business Consulting / Audit or Finance with strong accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop methodologies and audit work programs for complex industry risks and regulations.
• Incorporate Data Analysis into audit programs and checklists.
• Interview auditees, prepare and present audit reports to auditees under supervision.
• Derive recommendations based on risks and audit results.
• Follow up on agreed improvements and report progress quarterly.
• Understand business processes, controls, and compliance topics.
• Represent department initiatives such as Process Expert, Guest Auditor and Continuous Improvement.
