Job summary

MANN+HUMMEL in Gastonia, NC seeks a Staff Auditor to strengthen governance, risk management and compliance, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

You’ll lead cross-divisional audits, analyze processes, test controls, present findings, and drive improvement. Travel up to 40% domestically and internationally; a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in audit/finance are required; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in audit, finance, or business consulting.
• Experience with data analytics tools and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Develop audit programs addressing complex risks and regulations.
• Incorporate data analysis into audit work programs and test controls.
• Interview auditees, prepare and present audit reports to stakeholders.
• Derive recommendations with risk assessments and detailed findings.
• Follow-up on improvement actions and report status quarterly.
• Understand business processes and act as Process Expert and Continuous Improvement ambassador.
