Job summary

Axtria, a global cloud software and data analytics leader in Life Sciences, seeks an Associate Director to lead commercial analytics and business technology initiatives. You will drive field force design, incentive compensation design, and customer targeting while partnering with clients to deliver high‑impact solutions.

You will manage multiple workstreams, present at the executive level, mentor teams, and help grow Axtria’s capabilities with innovative frameworks and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of Life Sciences commercial analytics experience including incentive compensation, field force design, and sales force effectiveness.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related discipline such as Business Technology, Information Management, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or MBA.
• Strong communication skills to articulate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver across multiple parallel workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects on field force design, incentive compensation design and administration, customer targeting, and call planning.
• Partner with clients to understand objectives and leverage analytics to design impactful solutions.
• Develop executive-level presentations and recommendations addressing client challenges.
• Lead and coach global teams, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality client deliverables.
• Support capability development and contribute to thought leadership and reusable frameworks.
