Qualifications

• Minimum five years progressive accounting experience including public accounting and SEC exposure.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements (COSO).
• Supervisory experience and ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist accounting leadership in determining US GAAP treatment of complex transactions.
• Oversee domestic and international accounting close processes.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve department goals.
• Develop and maintain internal policies to ensure SOX compliance.
• Assist in quarterly reviews and annual audits (domestic & foreign).
• Prepare US GAAP financial statements and SEC Form 10-K and 10-Q.
• Support transfer pricing documentation and tax coordination.
• Support budgeting and forecasting.
• Perform related accounting tasks as requested by the Corporate Controller.
• Be main point of contact with internal and external audit partners.
