Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA/PhD).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior management.
• Experience across drug development, commercialization and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Chairs Asset Strategy Team and serves as enterprise lead for asset governance.
• Articulates and endorses integrated Global Asset Strategy and Brand Strategy across development, commercialization and lifecycle.
• Collaborates with governance bodies and cross-functional groups to optimize asset value.
• Ensures strategy alignment with Target Product Profile, PDP and budget constraints.
• Provides Go/No-Go recommendations based on data and external factors.
• Represents asset strategy in interactions with external partners and senior leadership.
