Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Asset Servicing Operations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Asset Servicing event creation in proprietary systems.
• Day-to-day processing and reconciliation of Corporate Action Events.
• Serve as proxy lead for global corporate actions team.
• Identify and resolve corporate action issues with tight deadlines.
• Process ad-hoc bond conversions on 144A/REGS securities.
• Coordinate with external brokers for Repo/Stock Loan events and settlements.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with technology to develop and refine systems and processes.
• Document regulatory, compliance, and audit records.
• Support STP initiatives and automation efforts.
