Job summary

TD Securities is seeking an Operations Analyst/Specialist II to support Global Asset Servicing (GAS) processes in New York. You will manage daily corporate actions, reconcile events, and coordinate proxy and reporting tasks for global markets.

The role requires 5+ years in asset servicing, strong Excel skills, and the ability to operate under tight deadlines in a global environment. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is expected, with a proactive, client-facing mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; specialized training acceptable.
• 5+ years in Asset Servicing Operations or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter capable of interfacing with clients and internal teams.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivots, macros).
• Strong front-to-back ownership mentality.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Corporate Action events across multiple fixed income products.
• Perform day-to-day processing and reconciliation of Corporate Action Events.
• Serve as proxy lead for global corporate actions team.
• Identify and resolve corporate action issues with deadlines.
• Coordinate with external brokers for events on Repo/Stock Loan positions.
