Job summary

JPMorganChase & Co. seeks an ICM Corporate Banking & Markets Relationship Executive to manage a global portfolio of strategic asset management and insurance clients.

You will drive relationship coverage and deliver products across Corporate Finance, Lending, Markets, Global Payments, and Platform Sales, while overseeing complex credit transactions and risk management. You will partner with regions and product teams to ensure high-quality execution, alignment with regulatory and KYC requirements,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• Experience across Corporate Finance, Treasury and Markets.
• Credit underwriting across lending and DCM.
• Proven sales and relationship management with asset management clients.
• Ability to originate and deliver solutions across DCM, SLF, lending, hedging and platform sales.
• Strong collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of KYC, loan operations and regulatory environments.
• Licenses: Series 79 and 63.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; AI tools familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a global portfolio and lead day-to-day relationship coverage.
• Drive senior-level client engagement across JPM products including Corporate Finance, SLF, Lending, Markets, Platform Sales and Global Payments.
• Partner across regions to deliver coordinated coverage and high-quality execution.
• Stay versed on market landscape, corporate finance, capital structure, and payments.
• Understand client’s business and relationship with JPM.
• Structure, analyze, and execute complex credit and financing transactions.
• Manage credit portfolio oversight including underwriting and risk monitoring.
• Coordinate regulatory, KYC, compliance and risk requirements with stakeholders.
• Analyze, present and manage client profitability.
