Job summary

Prologis Energy Solutions is seeking an experienced Vice President, Global Asset Management to lead the commercial, operational and financial stewardship of a rapidly growing portfolio of distributed energy assets. The role oversees the US portfolio with strategic oversight of Europe and Latin America, and will manage a global asset management platform.

The position requires a track record in renewable energy assets, strong forecasting and leadership, and a hybrid work model with locations

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, utilities, or related industries.
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing asset-intensive businesses.
• Experience with solar, battery storage, EV charging, and distributed energy resources.
• Strong financial forecasting, reporting, and portfolio management expertise.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop & lead the global asset management strategy for solar, energy storage, mobility, and on-site energy assets.
• Oversee all aspects of portfolio asset management including commercial strategy and reporting.
• Executive owner for key relationships with energy off-takers, real estate partners, utilities, and other stakeholders.
• Provide oversight of asset onboarding, performance, lifecycle management, and governance.
• Drive portfolio profitability, scalability, and operational excellence across the portfolio.
