Job summary

EDP Renewables North America LLC seeks a seasoned Asset Management leader to define and drive a global operating model for assets across generations and geographies. You will oversee O&M and CAPEX planning, ensure disciplined lifecycle management, and align operational priorities with financial targets.

The role requires extensive experience in asset-intensive industries, strong budgeting and forecasting skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across regions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Asset Management, Operations, Operational Excellence, Finance or related functions within asset-intensive industries.
• Strong background in budget management, financial analysis, OPEX/CAPEX planning and performance management.
• Experience leading cross-functional and international initiatives in complex matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define how EDP manages and governs its operating assets.
• Own and evolve the global Asset Management operating model, including standards and governance.
• Drive global O&M P&L performance in coordination with FP&A and regional teams.
• Lead lifecycle topics—End of Warranty, End of Contract, decommissioning and life extension.
• Translate data into insights to improve asset economics and value.
