Job summary

Hatch is seeking a Global Director of Asset Maintenance to define and execute a global strategy for asset maintenance, establishing technical excellence and governance across regions. You will lead the development of service offerings, RAM studies, and maintenance data governance, while aligning with Operational Readiness, Commissioning, and Ramp-up programs.

Qualifications

20+ years of experience in asset maintenance, reliability engineering, maintenance management, or related disciplines.
Proven leadership in delivering maintenance readiness, reliability improvement, and capital project support.
Experience with greenfield and brownfield projects and integrating with Engineering, Advisory, and Digital teams.

Responsibilities

Define global strategy for Asset Maintenance across regions and market sectors.
Lead development of maintenance offerings, methodologies, and implementation frameworks.
Ensure integration of Asset Maintenance with Operational Readiness, Commissioning, and Ramp-up activities.
Mentor professionals and build the next generation of asset maintenance leaders.
Represent Hatch as a global leader in asset maintenance and client delivery.
