Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires meaningful experience advising lenders, lessors, investors, underwriters, or sponsors on cross-border asset finance transactions.
• Requires substantial experience in aviation and other transportation finance, including aircraft and high-value equipment financings.
• Requires experience with a broad range of transaction types, including operating and finance leases, secured lending, leveraged leasing, portfolio acquisitions and dispositions, restructurings, and asset-backed or structured finance transactions, including EETCs.
• Requires familiarity with export credit agency (ECA)-supported financings, ABS, and other innovative or complex financing structures.
• Requires prior experience at a peer Am Law or international law firm.
