Qualifications

• Meaningful experience advising lenders, lessors, investors, underwriters, or sponsors on cross-border asset finance transactions.
• Significant experience in aviation and other transportation finance, including aircraft and high-value equipment financings.
• Experience with operating and finance leases, secured lending, leveraged leasing, portfolio transactions, restructurings, and asset-backed or structured finance.

Responsibilities

• Provide drafting and negotiation support for cross-border asset finance deals.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams on structuring and closing complex financings.
• Manage multiple transactions across jurisdictions with cross-border coordination.
