Job summary
BCL Legal in Massachusetts is seeking a skilled lawyer to join its nationally recognised structured transactions team. You will advise lenders, financial institutions and market participants on sophisticated domestic and cross-border financings across structured finance, securitisation, asset-based lending and aviation finance.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of law firm experience
- Strong corporate and/or finance transactional experience
- Excellent academic credentials
- Structured finance and securitisation experience preferred
- RMBS, ABS, CLO and/or financing experience highly preferred
- Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Advise lenders, financial institutions and other market participants on structured finance and asset finance transactions
- Structure, negotiate and draft transaction documentation
- Support ABS, securitisation and related financing transactions from inception through closing
- Analyse financing structures and transaction risks
- Work on aviation finance transactions, including aircraft financings, leasing arrangements and portfolio transactions
- Coordinate with finance and corporate colleagues on complex transactions
- Manage transaction workstreams and closing processes
- Support domestic and cross-border financing matters
