Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT application management and service delivery experience in a multinational environment.
• Experience working with global, virtual teams and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, VB.Net or MSSQL.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and Azure DevOps platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement application technologies and IT solutions.
• Support design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and optimization.
• Collaborate with architects, application managers, and stakeholders to deliver effective technology solutions.
• Manage full application lifecycle from requirements gathering through production deployment.
• Provide application support and resolve issues to ensure reliable service delivery.
• Deliver user training and drive adoption of new tools and processes.
• Maintain application records and ensure governance and cybersecurity compliance.
