Qualifications

• Degree in IT, engineering, business administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years in operational roles related to business process management or program implementation in manufacturing.
• Experience in SAP and MES systems.
• Familiarity with TM, MM, or PP SAP modules.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to drive global harmonization and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements across regions and factories, proposing innovative solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Harmonize business processes, eliminating template deviations and aligning with product line and business archetype logic.
• Collaborate with regional and local teams to resolve system-related issues and manage the demand funnel for new requirements.
• Proactively address user pain points by resolving incidents and analyzing patterns to enhance incident management efficiency.
• Create comprehensive training materials and user manuals to support ongoing system use and operational excellence.
• Develop and deliver tailored training sessions to empower local Business Process Owner and key users, enhancing SAP system proficiency.
• Lead change initiatives by driving the adoption of globally harmonized processes and minimizing local customizations.
• Monitor and report on implementation progress, ensuring adherence to global processes and sharing best practices across regions.
