Job summary

DNAM Brands in Beverly Hills is seeking a Wholesale Apparel Production Assistant to support the Production Manager in end-to-end PO management with vendors and factories. You will draft, issue, and track purchase orders, verify details, and help maintain production calendars.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proficient in Excel, and comfortable coordinating across time zones to keep orders on schedule and deliveries on time.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in apparel production, sourcing, or related supply chain role.
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; PLM or ERP systems experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Draft, issue, and maintain purchase orders to vendors and factories based on Production Manager guidance.
• Verify PO accuracy including style numbers, quantities, costing, ship dates, and terms before issuance.
• Track open POs from issuance through delivery and flag delays or discrepancies.
• Follow up with vendors to confirm production timelines, sample approvals, and shipping schedules.
• Maintain production calendars and status trackers to reflect current order status.
• Escalate at-risk orders to Production Manager in a timely manner.
• Communicate with merchandising, design, and logistics teams about updated timelines.
• Assist with vendor files, compliance docs, costing sheets, and order history.
• Support Production Manager with sourcing/production admin tasks; reconcile PO details with invoices.
