Job summary

Fourth Floor is seeking an experienced Senior Production Coordinator to oversee apparel production from pre-production through final delivery. You will collaborate with internal teams and overseas manufacturing partners to ensure on-time, quality delivery.

Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating with factories and cross-functional teams, monitoring quality and KPIs, and building strong factory relationships for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in apparel production, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Proficiency in Excel; PLM/ERP experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage production calendars, schedules, capacity, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with factories, Sourcing, Product Development, Technical Design, QA, Compliance, and Logistics.
• Monitor quality, testing, compliance, and production performance.
• Identify and resolve production issues and risks.
• Track WIP, delivery status, and key production KPIs.
• Build strong factory relationships and drive continuous improvement.
